How do you ship?
We ship within the USA, for $10 with USPS Priority Mail services, which typically take 2-4 business days, and includes tracking information. Packages are USPS flat rate branded boxes. Orders are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays throughout the week, excluding Holidays.
Tracking information is emailed after your package has been dropped at the post office. Updates can take a day+, as processed by the post office. This part is completely out of our hands- *Please be patient when receiving a tracking number that doesn’t have any updates, yet. If it’s been longer than a day without any movement, reach out & I will happily follow up! These sometimes end up in a spam folder.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
USPS offers a 2 day (not overnight) shipping option. It starts at $28, and can go up to over $40 if your order is in a large box, including ice. This shipping option is not one we like to offer, due to the unreliability of arrival within the expected window. We have sent the same customer a Priority and an Expess order in the same day, the Priority box showed up a full 2 days ahead of the Express order. I have been told by USPS that when we purchase Express shipping, the way it’s routed often WILL TAKE LONGER than Priority. We ship often, please take my advice and do not try to use these Express services, 8 out of 10 times they do not show up within 2 days, and often take longer than Priority would, leading to disappointment.
Please understand that we ALREADY ship extremely quickly, and that adding extra trips to the post office on days where we would otherwise be making product isn’t something we enjoy doing either, please plan accordingly when possible, and if you have a specific need please reach out so we can do what we can to help you.

You can register for email updates on sold out products by attempting to add them to your shopping cart, & leaving an email.

What ingredients do you use?
We use a beneficial neuroprotective mushroom blend for the chocolates. teas, and supplements. Ingredients are chosen based on benefit to consumer. We use vegan, gluten free & organic ingredients whenever possible. (All white, ruby, gold, & milk chocolate flavors are not vegan, but everything else is!)

Do you need a business partner/grower/marketing/graphics/seo/advertising for bluemoodfood?
No. Our organic growth is great enough, we’d rather keep a smaller group of people happy than always be sold out, or passing unnecessary expenses onto the consumer.
Do you accept refunds or returns?
We do not accept returns on product, but we do offer accommodations up to & including replacement of product, partial or full refunds. Please contact us with any concerns!
Is my data safe or is it used in any way? Are payments secure?
Your data is only sent to our payment processors & used internally. Our payment processor is secure & verified with the customer’s protection in mind.
